Clamp

Rigid clamps are mainly designed for use in medium-pressure reverse osmosis systems and are made of 304 or 316L stainless steel. The nut is also made of 304 or 316L stainless steel.


Size specifications:

3/4 “to 12"(DN20 to DN300)

Material Specifications

The shell is made of CF8 material conforming to ASTM A351 or A743. Optional materials include: CF8M material conforming to ASTM A743 grade; CF3M material conforming to ASTM A743 grade; CE8MN stainless steel conforming to ASTM A890 Grade 2A; 904L (CN2MCuN) super austenitic stainless steel conforming to ASTM A351; 2205 duplex stainless steel conforming to ASTM A890 Grade 4A; 2507 super duplex stainless steel conforming to ASTM A890 Grade 5A; and 254SMO (CK3MCuN) super austenitic stainless steel conforming to ASTM A743.


Clamp

Rubber Sealing Ring: The sealing ring adopts a "U"-shaped sealing structure and is made of EPDM.

Usable temperature range: -50-150°C. Suitable for cold water, hot water, acids, oil-free air, and various chemicals; not suitable for petroleum-based media.


Bolts and Nuts: International standard carriage bolts are used. Bolts and nuts are made of 304 stainless steel, conforming to ASTM F-593. 316 stainless steel bolts and nuts conform to ASTM A743 CF8M material requirements.

316 stainless steel carriage bolts conform to ASTM A193B-8M; silicon bronze heavy-duty nuts conform to ASTM B98C65100.


Clamp

The grooved pipe fittings performance laboratory is established in strict accordance with the relevant requirements of NGB5135.11-2006, and can conduct all performance tests as required, including static pressure sealing, stainless steel grooved clamps, pressure resistance, negative pressure sealing performance, bending moment, rotational bending moment, vibration, low temperature resistance, fire resistance, etc., to ensure that every batch of clamps leaving the factory meets the relevant standards.

Clamp

1. Static Pressure Strength Test

The static pressure strength test is mainly used to verify the product's maximum pressure bearing capacity and pressure resistance safety factor.

2. Leakage Test

Leakage tests are mainly used to check the sealing performance of products. The test pressure is usually twice the maximum working pressure.

3. Maximum Bending Moment Test

The bending moment test is used to verify the maximum bending moment that the pipe clamp or mechanical tee should withstand when one end of the hanger breaks.
