Heat-resistant polyethylene (PE-RT Type II) pipeline is a new type of polymer chemical building material, featuring excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, good flexibility and sealing performance, convenient construction and maintenance, and a service life of over 50 years. It is suitable for use in secondary heating networks for centralized heating. Secondary heating networks refer to the systems where hot steam produced or discharged by thermal power plants is converted into hot water below 80°C through the action of intermediate heat exchangers, and then transported to radiators in homes or units for heating through buried thermal power pipelines. This thermal power network is known as a secondary heating network.
The company utilizes high-quality imported raw materials, ensuring the heat resistance and longevity of the products, which comply with the GB/T28799.2 standard.
Product Features
① Replace steel with plastic to save energy and materials;
② Prefabricated insulation pipelines have minimal heat loss during transportation;
③ New polymer building materials, designed for conveying hot water media, are corrosion-free for life, enabling individual metering for each household and reducing maintenance costs;
④ Its service life is up to 50 years, while steel pipes only last for 5-15 years;
⑤ It is temperature and pressure resistant, fully meeting the requirements for use in secondary thermal networks;
⑥ Environmentally friendly and green, with recyclable materials;
⑦ Hot-melt butt welding and electrofusion welding are simple and fast to construct, with shorter construction periods and lower costs; moreover, the system has better sealing performance;
⑧ The product has good flexibility and toughness.
Product Usage
PE-RT II pipes are applied in various fields due to their excellent properties:
Heating pipes for industrial and civil building cold and hot water piping systems, drinking water systems, thermal embedded pipes, floor radiant heating systems, and hot spring pools, especially for urban centralized heating, as well as secondary pipe networks for heating systems in residential areas, hospitals, schools, etc.
Application units: heating (engineering) companies, municipal companies, hot spring engineering companies, real estate companies, etc.
