Variable frequency soft start
Frequency conversion soft start, linear operation is stable without the peak current of traditional direct start and Y-delta start, which effectively improves the service life of motors and electromagnetic contactors, and at the same time avoids the risk of being fined by the power department due to excessive electricity load.
The frequency converter adjusts the motor speed in real time according to the actual gas consumption, thereby controlling the exhaust volume.
When the gas consumption is low, the air compressor can automatically enter sleep mode, which significantly reduces energy loss. The optimized control strategy can further improve the energy-saving effect.
Low noise
When operating stably, the running frequency is lower than the power frequency, resulting in a decrease in mechanical noise and a reduction in mechanical wear; if the fan also adopts variable frequency drive, it can significantly reduce the noise during the operation of the air compressor.
It can maintain continuous normal operation even in harsh environments without the need for cooling fans. It features an energy-efficient motor with an efficiency level equivalent to the IE4 standard.
