Coolant 32 Special Lubricant for Screw Compressors, Part No. 3003100320

The above comparison of physical properties shows that the two oils are miscible without any issues. When switching from Sullube® 32 to Coolant 32, simply drain the old oil, replace the oil filter element, and then add the new Coolant 32. Alternatively, Coolant 32 can be added directly to the existing oil. Unless the original oil has an excessive total acid value or is contaminated, it is not necessary to perform an oil flush on the existing system before adding the new Coolant 32.

Coolant 32 is fully compatible with Sullair oil-injected screw compressors and is also fully compatible with Sullair's SULLUBE® 32.

Sullair SULLUBE® 32 Lubricant

Sullube® 32 is a lubricant developed by Dow Chemical specifically for Sullube, and is a patented product of Dow Chemical. It is a synthetic oil based on polyol esters and polyethylene glycol, with special additives that achieve ideal results in compressor lubrication and cooling. Due to the expiration of this patent protection, we developed Coolant 32 after continuous analysis and testing of Sullube® 32. These two oils not only share the same base oil, but also achieve additive and miscible effects. Below is a comparison of some indicators of the two lubricants:
