Large-diameter pipes and cylindrical bodies are designed with a flow velocity below 0.2 m/s, ensuring a total pressure loss of ≤0.03 MPa and saving energy.
Unlike traditional heat regeneration adsorption dryers that consume large volumes of compressed air for purge regeneration, this model adopts blower-driven atmospheric regeneration technology, eliminating the need for finished compressed air entirely. This design directly saves 15%~20% of compressed air loss (the typical regeneration air consumption of conventional dryers).
Stable Dew Point Control & Guaranteed Air Supply Quality
Multiple adsorbents are available, allowing users to flexibly choose the appropriate pressure dew point (-40℃ or -70℃) based on operating conditions.
Heating methods are optional. Electric heating or steam heating can be selected depending on the site conditions.
Equipped with a precise temperature control system and variable frequency blower adjustment function, it dynamically regulates regeneration air volume and temperature based on the adsorption status of the adsorption tower.
Long cycle design
12-hour cycle operation reduces heat loss in the equipment body, saving 30% energy compared to the standard 8-hour cycle.
Automatic pressure equalization during switching prevents pressure fluctuations within the tower, extending the adsorbent's service life.
The blower-driven atmospheric regeneration process enables uniform hot air distribution, avoiding local overheating or incomplete regeneration of adsorbents due to uneven air flow in traditional regeneration methods.
Wide Application Range & Strong Working Condition Adaptability
Siemens PLC standard systems are stable, reliable, and highly compatible, enabling remote communication and remote control.
High-quality pneumatic valves are guaranteed to open and close 1 million times and have a service life of over 10 years.It is compatible with compressed air systems of different pressures (0.6~1.6MPa) and flow rates, and exhibits stronger adaptability to oil and dust content in inlet air (stable operation can be achieved with pre-installed precision filters).
