Uses original screw compressor unit, uses three-line meshing,W220P non-equal width teeth, can achieve 0-level oil-free effect with pure water lubrication.

Energy saving and environmental protection
Energy saving is achieved through a dual-frequency or triple-frequency (motor, fan, oil pump) energy-saving system. Special stainless steel pipes are used for connection, and imported fiber oil-gas separation technology and precise design of the oil-gas tank reduce energy consumption and operating costs.

In industrial production such as medicine, electronics, chemical engineering, microbial fermentation, blow molding, pressure detection, etc., as well as in power stations, ships, military and defense facilities, there is a need to use oil-free compressed air. Currently, both domestically and internationally, piston-type air compressors are mostly used.
