PRODUCT DETAILS

Double-crimp connection is a mechanical connection method. Its sealing principle involves inserting a stainless steel pipe into a pipe fitting with a sealing ring, and then crimping the joint position using a special tool. The end of the pipe fitting undergoes concentric contraction to achieve sealing. For pipe materials and fittings ranging from DN15 to DN50, the crimping position on the pipe exhibits hexagonal deformation, while for those ranging from DN65 to DN100, the crimping shape is circular, thus providing tensile and pull-out resistance for the connection.

Advantages of double-clamping type:

The double-crimp thin-walled stainless steel pipe inherits all the advantages of crimped pipes and addresses the shortcomings of single-crimp pipes in use:

1. The dual-clamp compression fittings allow for greater tolerance in pipe materials, providing stronger adaptability;

2. The tensile strength of double-card pressing is 1.8 times higher than that of single-card pressing, making it more suitable for high-rise buildings and buildings with high water pressure;

3. The double-clamp compression fittings will not damage the sealing ring when inserted into the pipe;

4. The double-crimp sealing ring is sealed inside the stainless steel pipe fitting, significantly improving the durability of the sealing ring. Moreover, the double-crimp sealing ring is subjected to uniform compressive stress on both sides, preventing the sealing ring from being squeezed out from the side by water pressure, thus compensating for the deficiencies in the application process of single-crimp. 5. At the double-crimp joint, the pipe is bent and deformed by external force without affecting the sealing ring
