LE oil-lubricated compressor for single-stage compression
Single-stage oil-lubricated reciprocating compressors allow filtered air to enter two cylinders through the inlet valve. The piston is pushed forward by the connecting rod connected to the balance crankshaft. The working pressure can reach up to 10 bar (145psi). Capacity range: 3.4-31.7 l/s at 50 Hz, 8.3-79.8 cfm at 60 Hz. When the pressure reaches 10 bar (145psi), the air in the compressor is discharged through the outlet valve.
LE oil-lubricated compressor for two-stage compression
The LT two-stage oil-lubricated reciprocating compressor enables the filtered air to enter only one cylinder. This low-pressure cylinder can supply air to the second (high-pressure) cylinder. The second cylinder can operate at pressures of 15, 20 or 30 bar (218, 290 or 435 psi), and its capacity is as follows:
<s:1> 15 bar (218 psi) at 50 Hz 3.1-11.7 l/s; 7.6-23.1 cfm at 60 Hz.
<s:1> 20 bar (290 psi) : 2.1-18.0 l/s at 50 Hz, 5.7-44.3 cfm at 60 Hz.
<s:1> 30 bar (435 psi) 2.5-17 l/s at 50 Hz; At 60 Hz, it is 6.6-41.7 cfm. The compression temperature drops between the two stages to increase the compression efficiency.
