The air compressor control panel (computer controller, controller) serves as the core interface for operating and monitoring the equipment. It integrates display, control, diagnostic, and safety functions to ensure the compressor operates safely and efficiently.
The control panel primarily consists of physical buttons, a display screen, and indicator lights. Common button functions are as follows:
Start Button: Presses to start the air compressor when idle; in interlock mode with address 1, also triggers system coordination.
Stop Button: Presses to halt the air compressor during operation, potentially initiating an unloaded delay shutdown.
Confirm Button: Used during operation to switch between loading and unloading; saves modifications or exits editing in parameter settings.
Return Button: Presses for 5 seconds to reset during fault shutdown; exits or returns to the previous menu in settings mode.
Navigation Keys (e.g., Left, Right, Up, Down): Used to switch focus between interface elements, adjust parameters, or edit data.
The display shows real-time operating status and key parameters such as working pressure, temperature, current, and fault codes, helping operators quickly grasp equipment conditions.
Indicator Lights provide visual status cues:
Power Indicator: Steady light indicates the device is powered on.
Operation Indicator: Lit indicates the motor is running.
Fault indicator: Flashing signals an anomaly; steady light indicates a fault shutdown requiring reset to extinguish.
The control panel also features parameter adjustment, fault diagnosis, and safety protection functions. Operators can adjust parameters like start/stop pressure via the panel to meet process requirements. The system automatically alarms or shuts down to protect equipment upon detecting overloads, overheating, etc. Select models also support motor overload reset or maintenance reminders.
