Accessory application: Motor grease is suitable for air compressor models: screw compressors. Working principle: When the motor rotates, the three-dimensional fiber network structure within the grease forms an oil film on the rolling elements, bearing housing and bearing housing ring through shearing, thereby providing lubrication. With the continuous shearing effect, the grease is extracted and continuously circulates in the cavity of the bearing cover. The temperature of the bearing is cooled and approaches a balanced value. Performance requirements: Firstly, it should have the ability to adapt to temperature differences between the north and south, indoors and outdoors, and between day and night. It has good lubricity, anti-wear, anti-oxidation and fluidity. The grease itself does not contain solid substances. Within the temperature range of -25 to 120℃, it has a small starting torque, low operating torque, low energy consumption and low temperature rise. Secondly, it should be waterproof, rust-proof, anti-corrosive and insulating, and be suitable for harsh working environments. Meanwhile, it has a good vibration damping effect, reduces noise, protects the environment, and has a long service life.

1. Adhesion: When the friction area is at rest, the grease can maintain its original shape, preventing it from automatically flowing away due to gravity, nor will it slide off vertical surfaces or drip out from gaps.

2. Operating temperature range: The working temperature range of grease is wider than that of lubricating oil.

3. The adsorption capacity of pressure-resistant grease on metal surfaces is much greater than that of lubricating oil, and it can form a relatively firm oil film to withstand higher working loads. This is due to the fact that the grease contains a large amount of polar substances. In addition, when it is used as a base grease and polar additives are added, its sensitivity is also better than that of lubricating oil.

4. Service life: When grease is used for a long time without replacement, it can still ensure its lubricating effect.
