Structure and Working Principle of the Intake Valve: The intake valve typically employs a rotary disc or reciprocating valve plate mechanism to control airflow switching. It primarily features two control modes: - Switching Control (closes the intake port when the air receiver pressure reaches the upper limit setpoint and reopens when pressure drops to the lower limit) - Capacity Control (partially closes the intake port when pressure reaches the capacity control value, maintaining stable pressure through proportional regulation). Designed as a normally closed valve to prevent excessive gas influx into the compressor head during startup, thereby avoiding excessive motor starting current. The valve also incorporates an intake bypass valve to prevent high vacuum formation within the compressor head during startup or no-load operation, ensuring effective lubricant atomization.
