The steps for installing aluminum alloy pipes are as follows:

1. Material Inspection: Inspect the aluminum alloy pipes, quick connectors, elbows, tees, flanges, and valves to ensure they meet requirements and that the pipe surface is free of scratches, cracks, dents, and other defects.

2. Tool Preparation: Prepare the necessary tools for installation, such as wrenches, screwdrivers, welding machines, cutting equipment, and site preparation.

3. Pipe Cutting: Cut the aluminum alloy pipes according to design requirements using appropriate cutting equipment. Ensure the cut surface is flat, vertical, and free of burrs.

4. Pipe Connection: The main connection methods for aluminum alloy pipes include welding, flange connections, and threaded connections. When welding, use appropriate welding techniques and materials to ensure welding quality. For flange connections, ensure the flange sealing surface is flat and undamaged, and that bolts are tightened evenly. For threaded connections, use appropriate sealing materials to ensure a tight seal.

5. Pipe Fixing: Fix the pipes using brackets, hangers, and other fixing devices according to the pipe routing and installation location. Ensure the fixing devices are secure and reliable to prevent pipe shaking or displacement.

6. Pipeline Pressure Testing: After pipeline installation, a pressure test is conducted to verify the pipeline's sealing and pressure resistance.

Determine the test pressure and duration according to design requirements. During the test, closely observe changes in the pipeline; any leaks should be addressed promptly.

7. Pipeline Purging: After the pressure test is passed, the pipeline is purged to remove debris and dust.

Use appropriate purging media and methods to ensure effective purging.

Aluminum alloy pipelines should avoid direct contact with other metal materials during installation to prevent electrochemical corrosion.

Pay attention to the pipeline slope and drainage direction during installation to ensure smooth liquid drainage.

Pipeline connections should be sealed to prevent leaks.
