Compressor discharge volume, discharge pressure, and power; dryer output air volume, dew point, and pressure drop; cooling water system inlet/outlet water temperature and pressure; fan and pump energy consumption; pipeline pressure, pressure drop, and leakage, etc.


II. Energy Saving Control Points:

Energy saving can be achieved through a combination of various methods, including flow control technology, variable frequency speed regulation, single-point/multi-point pressure regulation control, centralized control system, drying process improvement, heat recovery, pipeline optimization, leakage monitoring, and waste gas recovery, to maximize energy savings.


III. Energy Saving Control:

Data acquisition establishes a database, and mathematical models are built to analyze the internal logical relationships. The system accurately calculates the energy efficiency rating of the air compressor station, analyzes peak air consumption, fluctuation range, and pressure/dew point, and uses big data for early warning and adjustment reports. Parameters such as compressor air volume and inlet/outlet water volume are set for precise energy saving. If parameters exceed the range, a notification is sent to the user, and automatic adjustments are made upon user consent.
