Air compressor daily operation procedures

The air compressor start-up steps are as follows: 

① Turn on the main power supply for the air compressor, refrigerated dryer, and desiccant dryer.

② Turn on the refrigerated dryer and desiccant dryer.

③ Turn on the air compressor. 

The air compressor shutdown steps are as follows: 

① Turn off the air compressor stop button (do not press the emergency stop switch unless there are special circumstances).

② Turn off the refrigerated dryer and desiccant dryer switches.

③ Turn off the main power supply for the air compressor, refrigerated dryer, and desiccant dryer. 

Daily air compressor operation guidelines are as follows: 

① Drain the condensate from the air tank before starting the machine each day (drain the air tank once or twice per working day).

② Clean the air compressor and refrigerated dryer radiators once a week.

③ Drain the air compressor oil-gas tank once a week (if lubricant is found to be drained, immediately close the oil drain valve).

④ Check the refrigerated dryer's electronic drain, filter, and automatic drain weekly to ensure they are functioning properly.
