FS Coolant mineral-based compressor lubricating oil is suitable for various brands of oil-injected screw compressors, offering high cost-performance to ensure optimal performance of your compressor. It is designed for multiple brands of oil-injected screw compressors with a service life of up to 4,000 hours or one year. Its outstanding oxidation resistance, thermal conductivity, anti-carbon deposit properties, high flash point, and low foaming characteristics significantly enhance compressor reliability, reduce operational costs, extend equipment lifespan, and maximize production efficiency while protecting equipment investment returns.
Product User Manual
1. Applicable to various brands of oil-injected screw compressors.
2. Operating conditions: Exhaust pressure <= 16 Bar.
3. Under exhaust temperature <90 degrees Celsius, the service life is guaranteed to be no less than 4000 hours.
The service life is guaranteed to be no less than 3000 hours when the exhaust temperature is <95 degrees Celsius. The service life is guaranteed to be no less than 2000 hours when the exhaust temperature is <100 degrees Celsius.
4. Do not mix with other oils. When replacing, drain the residual oil from the original system and it is recommended to perform a system oil flush.
5. Used oil products should be sent to designated recycling points. Do not discharge them into sewers, soil, or water.
